Property Valuer Opportunity
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Property Valuer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to further develop their career in the valuations industry.
As a Property Valuer, you will be working with our best-in-market proprietary property software and systems, allowing you to maximise your time in the field and reporting data capture. With a significant work volume, this role offers a great opportunity to take over an existing workload with future growth available.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess not only highly developed residential valuation skills but also exceptional communication and business development skills. A strong client focus and commitment to personal professional development are essential, as well as:
* A Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
* RPV and/or CPV status
* Strong attention to detail, report writing, and analytical skills
* The ability to work in and contribute to a harmonious team environment
