Job Overview
Key responsibilities include providing lease and tenancy management services according to agreed KPIs and Service Levels, communicating with functional groups to ensure smooth team functioning and risk mitigation, and protecting sensitive property information.
* Assist in updating property procedures and training staff to ensure consistency in service delivery.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property register and lease/licence/tenancies database for seamless access and reference.
The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and record management systems, and a Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent qualification. 2 years of experience in Real Estate or Contract Administration is also required.
