Change Management Lead
This role is focused on leading the delivery of impactful change initiatives as part of a strategic program.

Lead a cross-functional team to develop and implement change management strategies ensuring future and current systems meet the needs of our members. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to shape your impact and drive meaningful change across the organisation.
About the position:
* Extensive experience in change management, managing change particularly within ICT environments or large-scale projects, demonstrating a proven track record of success
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels ensuring alignment and support for change initiatives
* Experience in leading virtual and face-to-face engagements, proven capability in managing both virtual and in-person engagements with strong facilitation skills to lead diverse teams and stakeholders
* Experience in creating high-quality change artefacts, ability to produce comprehensive clear and impactful change artefacts ensuring clarity and stakeholder understanding throughout the change process
