rapidly growing organisation to recruit an experienced CNC Production
Manager. Based in Regency Park, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead
operations in a cutting-edge CNC machining environment and make a real impact
on team performance and process efficiency, offering a generous base salary,

The Role
As the Production Manager, you'll be responsible for
overseeing daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting with a strong
focus on CNC programming, machining, and continuous improvement. This
role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on technical work with
strategic leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead
and coordinate daily production operations to meet deadlines and quality
standards
* Program,
set, and operate CNC Milling Machines and CNC Lathes (3-axis)
* Estimate,
quote, and build job/project costs
* Manage
machine time, materials, labour, and tooling requirements
* Implement
and oversee QA processes and documentation
* Mentor
and train a team of machine operators and production staff
* Collaborate
with sales, engineering, and logistics for production planning
* Champion
continuous improvement and lean initiatives
* Ensure
workshop safety, cleanliness, and efficiency
* Handle
prototype runs, small-to-medium batch jobs, and one-off complex components
We're looking for a proactive and experienced leader with a
strong machining background and the ability to drive performance and quality. Your skills & experience should Include:
* Trade/technical
qualifications in machining, programming, or mechanical engineering
* 5+
years' experience in a leadership role within
CNC/fabrication/manufacturing environments
* CNC
programming and operating experience (lathe/mill, 3-axis)
* Experience
with FANUC controls and engineering plastics (highly regarded)
* Proficiency
in reading and interpreting engineering drawings
* Solid
experience with job costing, ERP systems, and CAD software
* Strong
leadership and team development skills
* High
attention to detail, accountability, and ability to work autonomously
