What You'll Be Doing:
Senior Consultants:
Manage your own recruitment desk across white-collar roles (Accounting & Finance, Business Support, Engineering & Technical, Healthcare, and Executive Search)
Drive business development and client engagement with some of Australia's biggest brands
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team success
Entry-Level Consultants:
Support senior consultants in sourcing top talent for corporate and professional roles
Screen candidates, manage job ads, and coordinate interviews
Learn the ropes of recruitment with hands-on experience and structured training
What We're Looking For:
Senior Consultants: Proven agency recruitment experience, strong business development skills, and a proactive mindset
Entry-Level Consultants: A strong communicator with a positive attitude; previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
