Site Installation Leader
This role requires a highly dependable and skilled Site Installation Leader with solid experience in bored (concrete) piers or screw pile installation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of soil conditions, torque readings, and working depths. They will also be proficient in performing site set-outs using a Robotic Total Station or manually, as well as operating heavy machinery such as 5.5t and 6.5t excavators fitted with PD10, PD12, and DRILL attachments.
Key responsibilities include:
* Reading and interpreting architectural, slab, and site plans with confidence
* Performing bored (concrete) pier or screw pile installations accurately and safely
* Understanding soil conditions, torque readings, and working depths
* Carrying out precise site set-outs using a Robotic Total Station or manually
* Operating 5.5t and 6.5t excavators fitted with PD10, PD12, and DRILL attachments
* Identifying potential design issues and providing clear, practical solutions
* Training, mentoring, and developing crew members for future leadership roles
Requirements:
* Strong experience in bored piers or screw pile installation
* Ability to read plans and understand structural requirements
* Skilled in site set-out (robotic total station or manual)
* Valid driver's licence, excavator ticket, and white card
* Proven leadership experience in small construction teams
* Dependable, proactive, and hands-on work style
