We are seeking a dedicated Trades Assistant to join our team at our West Gosford based warehouse setup business, specializing in the installation and repair of various warehouse racking systems. This role requires either a trade certificate or prior experience as a Trades Assistant, however if you are young or older, as long as you are eager to learn we would encourage you to apply.

The Role: The successful candidate will assist in various tasks related to the installation and repair of racking systems. Key responsibilities include:
* Working alongside experienced tradespeople to support project execution.
* Utilizing drawing software applications for project planning and execution (desirable).
* Demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to learning.
* Performing manual tasks including labouring, with a focus on accuracy and safety.
* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should:
* Have a trade certificate or relevant experience as a Trades Assistant Preferred but not essential.
* Possess experience using drawing software applications or the willingness to learn.
* Be physically fit and willing to undertake manual labour.
* Be computer literate and capable of learning new software programs.
* Demonstrate honesty, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
* Reside within the Central Coast Council area of NSW.
* Hold a valid driver's license and have access to your own vehicle due as there is no close public transport.
* Additional favorable considerations include experience in spray painting, welding, workshop environments, and possessing a Truck MR or Forklift license.
