Home Support Officer
This role involves providing quality support and assistance at our care facility, making a difference in the lives of our residents.
* Providing high level customer service, communicating well with clients with varied needs and backgrounds
* Coordinating admission processes for residents and assisting with recruitment and orientation
* Performing various administrative tasks, such as purchasing, capturing inquiries, roster preparation, and client booking, while maintaining employee data within relevant HR and payroll systems
The successful applicant will possess experience in reception/administration, preferably in healthcare, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
