Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales plans that align with business objectives, focusing on growth opportunities and market trends.
* Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve and exceed targets, monitoring performance and providing constructive feedback.
* Sales Operations: Manage day-to-day sales activities, including sales metrics and analysis, to ensure optimal sales performance.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including architects, designers, and facilities managers, to identify new business opportunities.
* Business Development: Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the WA market.
* Project Oversight: Oversee the sales process from initial consultation to project completion, ensuring client satisfaction and quality delivery.
You will be successful in this role if you have proven experience in managing sales teams, strong industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills. You should be able to build strong relationships with clients, solve problems effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
