**ABOUT OUR CLIENT AND THE ROLE**
Our client is a PE-backed tech product company that's revolutionising its industry through its exciting products and services, powered by AI. As the business is rapidly growing, they now require an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their strong and dynamic team.
**DUTIES**
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls;
- Triage inbound calls to resolve any issues that may have occurred across service providers;
- Monitor AI performance and manually take over chats with Customers when required;
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times;
- Respond, acknowledge and resolve customer inquiries or complaints;
- Keep records of all customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Agent or a similar role;
- Have experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Outlook;
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Be able to work on multiple projects at one time, with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines;
- Have great attention to detail and accuracy, along with good problem-solving skills;
- Be a team player and are able to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Have strong phone handling and active listening skills.
