- Base Salary $112,628 (Pro Rata) + 17% superannuation
About the opportunity
We are looking for a Clinical Trial Lead to continue ongoing management and completion of this trial.
The REBUILD-SM trial is addressing a major unmet need identified by people with interstitial lung disease (ILD), for disease-specific self-management and support.
This randomised clinical trial studies the efficacy and cost-effectiveness of our self-management program delivered via a smartphone application.
The aim of the work is to improve quality of life for people living with ILD, through better self-efficacy and reduced symptom burden and anxiety.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- oversee management of the REBUILD-SM clinical trial, ensuring each phase till close-out is executed effectively and aligns with operational goals
- provide project management support and expert advice to contribute to the successful delivery of trial milestones
- implement data collection tools, oversee accurate data capture, and ensure ethics and compliance with regulatory requirements
- compile trial reports to meet established standards, proactively identify areas for compliance improvement and collaborate with the team to resolve discrepancies
- manage grant financials by tracking budgets, coordinating purchasing processes and resolving payment issues
- collaborate with site personnel, implement strategic communication plans to build strong relationships with researchers and other stakeholders.
About you
- clinical trial management experience, including oversight of trial operations and stakeholder coordination
- experience in project management, with the ability to plan, prioritise and deliver complex projects
- high attention to detail and critical thinking to ensure data integrity and compliance
- solid teamwork and collaboration skills to foster a positive and productive working environment
- experience working in a research-intensive environment, navigating funding and regulatory landscapes.
