Duties
Lead operational priorities and strategic plans
Ensure compliance with legislation and standards
Manage budgets, KPIs, and financial performance
Embed evidence-based, trauma-informed care
Mentor leaders and build high-performing teams
Skills & Experience
Proven leadership in child protection or OOHC
Strong financial and operational acumen
Expertise in therapeutic frameworks
Ability to manage risk and compliance
Must reside in Broome- relocation assistance available if required
Relevant tertiary qualification and driver's licence
