Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking to make an impact? Chubb is seeking a Management Accountant, FP&A to oversee end-to-end expense management for our Australia and New Zealand operations. In this key role, you'll prepare, analyse, and report on monthly expenses and acquisition costs, manage expense queries, support month-end accruals, and assist with annual budgeting and forecasting. You'll also maintain the general ledger and cost centres in PeopleSoft, ensure timely and accurate reporting, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and maintain the "expenses" general ledger and cost centre allocations in PeopleSoft
* Coordinate month-end activities to ensure accurate and timely accruals for expenses and acquisition costs
* Analyse monthly expense and acquisition cost results, providing commentary and insights to management
* Produce and distribute monthly cost centre expense reports, addressing queries promptly
* Assist with annual expense budget preparation and periodic reforecasts
* Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure expenses are managed within budget
* Maintain and update the expense allocation model, including annual company-wide assessments
* Prepare monthly reconciliations of assigned balance sheet accounts
* Develop and deliver expense reports using TM1 and Qlik dashboards
* Implement continuous process improvements for greater efficiency
