**The Role**
The successful applicant will work alongside the internal legal team to manage aspects of the company's business.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist Legal Counsels in their role of managing aspects of the company's business.
- Liaise and maintain effective relationships with the company's internal departments, franchise partners, and external bodies.
- Ensure the legal departments documentation and filing systems are kept up to date and are accurately maintained.
**Skills and Attributes**
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in the English language;
- Exceptional spelling, proofreading skills and attention to detail;
- Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities;
- Experience with data entry;
- Professional manner, integrity and a willingness to accept responsibility and to produce quality work output within quick turnaround times;
- Energetic, eager and positive work outlook with an ability to juggle multiple tasks to achieve results; and
- Desire to work as part of a small, legal team to achieve success
