**About Them**:
ACRWORLD are pleased to be working with Architecturally inspired Developer/Building Supplier based in Eastern Creek. This dynamic 45 year old business who are absolutely running the market need a superstar Receptionist to to start immediately heading up their front of house. This company is all about team work and need you to make sure the office run smoothly!
**About the role**
As a Receptionist you will have a customer facing approach, being a confident communicator and extremely organised as things can get busy. You will answer and transfer phone calls, greet visitors to the office, stock take and manage stationary orders, format documents using Word and PDF and update basic Excel spreadsheets.
**Duties**
- Answering and transferring phone calls
- Greeting all clients and visitors to the office
- Formatting/ drafting documents
- Stocktaking and managing stationery
- Updating spreadsheets
- Running errands
- Making sure office is looking fabulous at all times
- Assisting with company events including employee birthdays!
- Support the the General Manager & HR
- All additional adhoc duties
**Skills and experience**
- 1-3 years experience in reception/admin
- HSC completion and or business admin degree, diploma or certificate
- Experience working in an busy office environment
- Positive and friendly attitude!
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office software packages
