About the Role
The Cash Management Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless processing of financial transactions. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, reconciliations, and timely responses to supplier and customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
* Process and record all transactions efficiently, adhering to set deadlines.
* Perform regular credit card reconciliations and reconcile supplier statements to prevent discrepancies.
* Respond promptly to supplier and customer inquiries, addressing their concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
* Support the month-end accounting procedures by providing necessary data and assistance as required.
Requirements
To excel in this position, candidates should possess:
* A minimum of 4 years of experience in cash management or a related field, preferably within a manufacturing or similar environment.
* Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy to ensure flawless financial record-keeping.
* Outstanding organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in using Xero accounting software, with the ability to adapt to new systems.
