Network Administration Officer
Employment Status: Fixed‐term contract until January 2027 (subject to extension)
Location: Onsite in Springwood (travel required across Southern Brisbane area)
Remuneration: $33.22 per hour + Super + Not‐for‐Profit salary packaging + Employee discounts
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and support multiple neighbourhood teams across the network, covering planned and unplanned leave.
* Serve as first point of contact for internal and external customers via phone, email, and in person.
* Manage requests, concerns and inquiries, including rostering and scheduling support.
* Create correspondence and documentation as requested.
* Organise appointments, diaries, travel and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements.
* Monitor, order and distribute office supplies and arrange maintenance or repair of office equipment.
* Ensure accuracy and integrity of information in financial, human resource and other Blue Care systems and databases.
* Use mainstream software including Microsoft Office Suite and database applications (Intermediate–Advanced skills).
* Assist senior staff with special projects as required.
Qualifications & Skills
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Flexibility to respond to business needs and provide virtual support across varying locations.
* Prior experience in rostering/scheduling (desirable).
* Strong time‐management skills and ability to prioritise workload.
* Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and database applications.
* Comfortable using smartphones and digital devices, or willingness to learn.
* Can‐do attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
