The Role Reporting to the AP Team lead, you will be responsible for the following: Process high volume of supplier invoices weekly/monthly Ensuring invoices are reconciled accurately and efficiently Identify opportunities to streamline AP process and continue to system improvements Set up and maintain supplier accounts Reconciling of expense claims Support month-end close activities including accruals, journals and pre-payments Your Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years experience in Accounts Payable, and a manufacturing background is a bonus Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP's, Pivot Tables, Validations) Brilliant skills with Dynamics, or other ERP system experience.
