Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for a broad range of duties including: Accounts Payable - process, pay, reconciliation of supplier statements Prepare ad hoc invoices and process credit invoices Employee expenses Reconciliation of month end accounts Accounts Receivable - banking, allocations, collections (phone and email) Preparation of sales reports, month end reports, P&L and cashflow reports Manage stocktake Processing payroll - 40 employees Prepare Payroll tax and PAYG Prepare BAS quarterly Maintain fixed asset register Assist with compliance auditing Review financial information What we're looking for: You will thrive in this role if you can adapt to daily tasks, where no two are the same.
