We have an opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join the group Legal and Risk team at Stockland. This would be a fantastic career development opportunity for an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant with solid experience in a corporate law firm or previous experience supporting senior executives within a large listed organisation.
In this diverse and strategic role, you will provide day to day support to the Chief Legal and Risk Officer, the Chairman of the Board as well as the broader Office of the Board function. In doing so you will ensure high levels of productivity, communication, and administration to maximise and focus on strategies and/or high priority objectives and contribute to Stockland's sustainable business practices, commitment, performance, image and values.
You will sit as a member of the Group Legal and Risk leadership team and be a senior member of the wider Stockland administration team. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to, diary management, internal and external stakeholder management, file management, workflow management and providing day-to-day support the Chairman of the Board as well as the broader Office of the Board.

- Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven organizational, time-management and project management skills
- The ability to communicate clearly and confidently at all levels
- Experience in management of events and projects that require adaptability and flexibility to meet or exceed deadlines (after hours work and weekend work will be required from time to time)
- Experience in engaging and building trusted relationships with senior executives and directors and handling confidential and commercially sensitive matters
- Experience in handling confidential and commercially sensitive matters, exceptional discretion and judgement
