TerryWhite Chemmart Douglas Street is a community-focused pharmacy, dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare and personalized customer service. The Role
Part-Time Opportunity (16.5 hours per week): Monday 9:00 am-2:00 pm, Thursday 9:00 am-2:00 pm, and Friday 9:00 am-4:00 pm.
At TerryWhite Chemmart, our Pharmacy Assistants are often the first point of contact for customers visiting our pharmacy and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day pharmacy operations. In this role, you will deliver a high level of customer service, provide product recommendations in the front of store, and advise on over-the-counter medicines where appropriate, ensuring quality and personable service to all our customers. You also play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organised work environment, ensuring a compliant workplace.

What We're Looking For
We'd love to meet you if you have:
* Customer service and/or pharmacy experience (highly regarded)
* A positive, self-motivated attitude
* A \"Dedicated to Care\" approach to customer service
* S2/S3 Qualification
* Stock management experience is advantageous
