Hotel Management Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our team at our hotel in Moree. This is a permanent management role that offers a competitive salary package and the opportunity to work with a strong and dedicated team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including supervising staff, managing budgets, and maintaining high standards of customer service. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve hotel performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth hotel operations
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve hotel efficiency and effectiveness
* Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure the hotel operates within budget
* Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in hotel management, preferably in a similar sized hotel
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
* Excellent financial management skills, with the ability to manage budgets and financial reports
* A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints promptly
