Hybrid Project Manager / Business Analyst – Local Government Sector

In this
hybrid role
, you'll combine strong project leadership with hands-on business analysis expertise. You'll manage full project lifecycles, engage stakeholders, and ensure solutions meet business needs—all while maintaining governance, risk management, and traceability.
What you'll do:
* Deliver complex digital and technology projects from initiation to benefits realisation.
* Switch seamlessly between PM and BA responsibilities—scope definition, requirements gathering, planning, and execution.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure successful outcomes.
* Oversee implementation activities including UAT, data migration, integrations, and change management.
What we're looking for:
* Strong business analysis capability—requirements documentation, process mapping, gap analysis.
* Experience with hybrid methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills.
* PMP/PRINCE2 certification (BA certifications highly regarded).
* Familiarity with local government or public sector environments is a plus.
