Responsibilities
* Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal/expiry, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the business and with external partners.
* Lead contract negotiations and finalisation of terms and conditions.
* Coordinate travel to Perth as required.
Qualifications
* 3-5 years of contract management experience.
* Relevant qualifications in contract management, law, or related field.
* Strong understanding of commercial terms, risk assessment, and compliance.
Location and travel
Darwin-based role with regular travel to Perth.
