About the Role
As a senior actuarial analyst/Actuary in the Analytics team, you'll play a key role in
pricing, forecasting, performance evaluation, and treatment strategy development
. You'll work closely with operations, finance, and senior leadership to optimise portfolio returns and uncover untapped opportunities.
What You'll Do
* Build and maintain pricing frameworks, conduct due diligence, and prepare board papers.
* Develop advanced forecasting algorithms to assess performance and productivity.
* Analyse and evaluate portfolio performance to recommend strategic improvements.
* Collaborate with operational teams to design and monitor treatment strategies.
* Drive continuous improvement through innovative analytical projects.
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years' commercial experience in analytics, consulting, or a similar role.
* Strong technical skills in
SAS, SQL, Python, R
and advanced modelling techniques.
* Excellent statistical knowledge and
Excel
skills for performance assessment and visualisation.
* Degree-qualified in a technical discipline (Actuarial Studies, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Science, or Quantitative Finance).
* Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
