Rotating through various areas, they assist with washing, drying, folding, and machinery cleaning, while maintaining safe work practices at all times. Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):n n Labelling, laundering, sorting, folding and delivery of resident clothingn Cleaning within the laundryn Operation of commercial washing machines and dryersn Stock management of mops and cloths for wards and department usage.n Packing of mops and clothsn Collection of soiled mops and cloths from various areas within the facilityn nn n We currently have the following exciting opportunities available:n Position 1: Laundry Attendant Days: Tue, Thu, Fri - 7.30-15.00 Total Hours Per Fortnight: 42nn n About You: To ensure your success in this role, you will bring experience in environmental services within an Aged Care, hospital or commercial cleaning setting with strong demonstrated knowledge of infection control and hygiene practices. You are a reliable and punctual team member with great verbal and written communication skills.
