About the Role
We currently have a great opportunity for a Quality Coordinator to join the team at our Moorooka flour mill. This role will assist in the daily operations of the Quality Department, ensuring consistent products are being manufactured and delivered to our customers.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, the primary responsibilities of this role include:
* Supporting Quality assurance activities to BRC, HACCP, GMP, internal audits and customer standards
* Analysing products and providing timely and accurate results to Customers, Quality, Production, and other relevant stakeholders
* Review and maintain Site Food safety standard.
* Manage process for non-conforming product, lead investigations as required and implementation of corrective actions with the team.
The suitable candidate will possess:
* 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a high volume FMCG environment
* A working knowledge of quality systems and food safety standards such as HACCP is preferable
* The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders
* A priority for safety and efficiency within their work
