Commercial Gas Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Gas Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a large commercial estate.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Commercial Gas engineer looking for a new challenge. You will have the chance to work on a variety of tasks, including routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
You will be based on a large commercial estate, with multiple buildings. You will be provided with a van to use to travel between the buildings on site. This van is purely for site use only and can only be taken home during the week you are on call.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and commercial building maintenance. They will also have good communication skills and be able to work well as part of a team.

* Commercial GasSafe qualifications COCN1/CODNCO1 minimum
* Skills:
* Good commercial gas maintenance knowledge
* Electrical knowledge
* Extensive experience working within a commercial environment
* Building services knowledge
