What We're Looking For
We're searching for motivated, hands‑on managers who bring :
* Strong leadership and team‑building skills
* Experience in busy pub environments
* Customer‑first mindset with a passion for creating great local experiences
* Ability to support day‑to‑day operations across bar, bistro, gaming, and functions
* Financial awareness and confidence in reporting, rostering, and compliance (GM + 2IC levels)
