Job Description
This role is for a highly skilled IT support engineer with extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues at a level 2 capacity.
You will work closely with clients to identify and resolve problems efficiently, leveraging your expertise in Azure, Microsoft 365, and remote desktop protocols. Your ability to communicate effectively and escalate complex issues will be essential in this role.
In addition to resolving technical issues, you will also provide training and guidance to junior engineers, helping to develop their skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Support Engineer using Azure
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
