* The Senior Production Operator is responsible for overseeing daily production activities including compounding jobs in liquids emulsions powders or pre-compile.
* Responsibilities include:
o Following batch sheet instructions for compounding jobs.
o Driving productivity among team members to achieve targets.
o Loading compounding machines.
o Conducting quality checks and meeting production schedules by working collaboratively as part of a team.
o SUPPORTING THE MANAGEMENT TEAM WITH ACHIEVING PRODUCTION TARGETS.
Requirements
* Previous experience in manufacturing or food production ideally from an FMCG chemical or pharmaceutical industry.
* Ability to drive productivity for the team to achieve targets.
* Current forklift license would be advantageous not essential.
* Ability to handle up to 25kg.
