We’re growing fast, and AAA’s Psychology team is seeking a Provisional Psychologist who is values-driven and collaborative. You’ll be supported by supervision and a multidisciplinary team to deliver meaningful outcomes for participants in line with AHPRA and NDIS guidelines.
Hours
Flexible: Part-time from 20 hours/week (minimum 3 days) through to full-time. Choose what fits your life and commitments.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, client-centered therapy in a professional, confidential, and culturally secure manner.
- Complete comprehensive assessments and translate findings into meaningful goals.
- Manage your caseload with available support.
- Co-create, review, and refine support plans with participants and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and external stakeholders.
- Maintain case notes and reports to appropriate standards (AHPRA/NDIS/ethical guidelines).
- Participate in monthly team meetings and team-led in-services with a positive, knowledge-sharing culture.
- Engage in weekly internal supervision with your Team Leader.

Requirements / Qualifications
- Current AHPRA registration as a Provisional Psychologist.
- High standard of professional ethics.
- Working with Children Check and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Driver’s licence (minimum P-plates) and access to your own car.
