Job Summary
* We are seeking a highly organized and efficient administrative professional to provide support to our office team.
About the Job
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
* Providing exceptional support to our Director, including preparing correspondence and scheduling meetings
* Coordinating the collection of mail and processing payroll duties with accuracy
* Ensuring all filing, printing, and photocopying tasks are completed efficiently
* Collecting and logging employee work hours for accurate time management
* Entering data into MYOB and Production schedule with attention to detail
* Procuring essential supplies as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Ability to problem-solve effectively with initiative and independence
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Positive attitude and willingness to assist colleagues and clients
* Proven experience in an administrative role is desirable
* Flexibility and ability to learn new systems quickly
