You will develop genuine connections and make a meaningful difference that supports the well-being of each resident.Available Roster lines: Mixture of days availablePosition 1: 64 hrs a fortnight, shift time: 22:15 – 0645amPosition 2: 54 hours fortnight, shift time: 22:15 – 0645amPosition 3: 32 Hours fortnight, shift time: 22:15 – 0645amYour responsibilities will include (not limited to):• Working in partnership with residents to achieve their goals by assisting with the implementation of their individual care plans.• Demonstrating kindness and respect for the resident’s dignity as you assist with personal and daily care, and activities of interest to the individual (which may include showering, shaving, storing clothes, general cleaning, assistance with meals, and general movements throughout the day).• Encouraging individual choice through an appreciation and understanding of the things that matter to your residents and their families.• Providing regular feedback to your supervisor or the manager on the resident’s progress, new requests, changes, or any concerns.At BaptistCare, we value our employees and believe in creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
