An exciting opportunity exists to deliver Social Work services as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team, to stakeholders/customers of Queensland Health, in accordance with the goals, policies and requirements of the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS).

**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Demonstrate competent knowledge, expertise and skill in the provision of Social Work services commensurate with level of experience in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards, existing evidence-based practice and established clinical protocols.
- Participate in quality and service improvement activities to continually improve patient/client care, including the development of clinical practices, procedures and protocols within the work setting.
