Growth Marketing Manager / Lead
Location: Potts Point, Sydney or Remote with pop‐ins to Sydney | Full‐time
We're building Australia's most effective growth engine across home ownership, spanning property buying, consumer finance and credit decisioning, and we're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who wants to own demand generation across multiple category‐defining brands at once.
You'll join the growth team powering:
* OwnHome: Deposit Boost Loans helping first‐home buyers break into the property market sooner (award‐winning, VC‐backed, and debt‐funded with over $100M to deploy)
* Peach Property: Australia's favourite buyer's agent (wild early traction, targeting 200+ broker partners supporting 1,000+ purchases in the next 18 months)
* Two stealth fintech products launching in 2025: one platform, one consumer play (tackling two of the biggest inefficiencies left in financial services)
We're profitable, scaling fast, and raised a $40M war chest to deploy behind an ambitious team into channels that work.
The role
You'll build net‐new demand systems across multiple brands, spanning paid acquisition, SEO, lifecycle, partnerships, CRO and whatever else you believe can generate a qualified pipeline.
* SEO & content‐led acquisition (working with internal SMEs / contractors)
* Lifecycle & lead nurture (email, SMS, retargeting, conversion routing)
* Partnership & broker‐led distribution loops
* CRO and experimentation across landing pages, forms and funnels
* Webflow (site structure, landing builds & rapid iteration)
* Experimentation, attribution & reporting, using CRM or SQL to cut through noise

Who you are
* Think in CAC, LTV, conversion and velocity, not vanity metrics
* Prefer targets and autonomy over noise and process
* Can set direction, then open Webflow, Google Ads, SQL or Zapier and build the thing yourself
* Know when to zoom into execution and when to pull back to strategy
* Can corral and motivate ICs or contractors to project deadlines
* Enjoy partnering with a nimble, high‐output team including our founders, CMO, business‐unit leads, performance lead, sales teams
