Senior FP&A Manager.
Reporting to the Head of Planning & Performance, this role will lead a high-performing team and play a key role in shaping planning cycles, driving commercial insights and enhancing core financial systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Reporting & Insight
* Lead the delivery of timely, accurate and insightful financial performance reporting for the Executive Team, Board and Segment Leadership teams.
* Drive deep performance analysis, ensuring clarity around key business drivers, trends and risks.
* Partner with leaders across Finance, Data & Analytics, Risk, Operations and Treasury to strengthen the organisation's understanding of performance outcomes.
Planning & Forecasting
* Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes across all business segments and enabling units.
* Ensure high-quality preparation of budgets, forecasts, and supporting Board and Executive materials.
* Champion continuous improvements in forecasting accuracy, process efficiency and stakeholder engagement.
Commercial & Strategic Decision Support
* Provide robust analytical support and financial modelling for product initiatives, pricing reviews, commercial opportunities, transactions and strategic projects.
* Act as a trusted partner to business units, delivering insights that enable proactive performance management and growth decision-making.
Systems, Tools & Process Enhancement
* Act as owner and subject-matter expert for core reporting platforms, data inputs and performance management systems supporting the PPP function.
* Identify and lead opportunities for process automation, technology improvements and enhanced utilisation of analytical tools.
* Drive transformation initiatives aimed at improving accuracy, speed and scalability of financial reporting.
About You
* CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with
10+ years' FP&A, commercial finance or corporate planning experience
.
* Strong leadership capability with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
* Proven ability to deliver executive-level insights, reporting and analysis.
* Advanced financial modelling skills and deep understanding of planning, forecasting and performance management frameworks.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to influence and collaborate across multiple functions.
* Systems-savvy with a continuous improvement mindset and passion for enhancing tools, processes and data reliability.
