Job Title
Oversee the provision of case management, supported accommodation and mobile support for community members experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness in the Gold Coast region.
This role is responsible for embedding the National Homelessness Stream Model of Care in your team, ensuring services are inclusive, accessible and responsive to diverse clients, managing client complaints process and recruitment, line management & supervision of Case managers, leading and driving local and growth strategy in consultation with Regional Manager, evaluating service delivery through collection and analysis of data and feedback.

About You:
* Hold a degree qualification in social work, welfare, community development or related field OR have a high level of sector knowledge and skills attained through previous appointments, service and study/development.
* Have relevant experience in a social service environment including leading and supervising staff.
* Hold a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and current Working with Children's Check.
