Job Summary
The Technical Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in fostering and expanding customer relationships within the New South Wales coal mining sector.
Main Responsibilities
* Build and maintain long-term partnerships with existing customers in the NSW coal sector.
* Provide technical sales support and recommend products for underground strata reinforcement and support systems.
* Collaborate with clients to understand operational challenges and propose tailored solutions using our product range.
* Develop and implement regional and customer-specific sales strategies to achieve business targets.
* Monitor and report on product performance, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement.
* Pursue opportunities for product development or innovation in response to customer needs.
* Support the Regional Sales Manager in preparing and executing regional sales and cost budgets.
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including site visit reports and key action items.
* Perform regular underground audits and testing to guarantee customer satisfaction and discover opportunities for product and service improvements.
