The role 
You will be responsible for three areas: 
1. Deal Management - cross-sell & up-sell 
- Manage a patch of current customers - supported by our Technical Account Managers who promote adoption 
- Run the full sales cycle meetings, demos, closing etc. - collaborating cross functionally (Product etc.) where required 
- You will be supported by the Lead Gen function (this will make up ~70% of your pipeline) 
- Run an accurate Sales Forecast (from our CRM, Hubspot) 
2. Support GTM Improvements 
- Support the continuous iteration and improvement of our GTM Playbook and Sales processes 
- Collaborate with the rest of the GTM Team to foster a great team environment 
- Stay on top of industry themes and trends to keep messaging relevant 
3. Supplement Lead Generation in your Patch 
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline by working with existing accounts, and doing some outbound sales activities (via events, emails, phone calls etc.), accurately forecasting pipeline commitments per quarter 
- This will support 30% of your pipeline (remaining 70% comes from our Lead Gen team)
