**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are seeking a passionate **Receptionist/Administrator** to join our busy clinic in Yokineon a fulltime/ Part time basis. It will be between the hours 8.30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm on weekends.
**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience in General Practice administration highly desirable
- Experience in Best Practise software is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills and thrives in a dynamic team
- Strong communication skills as you will be regularly speaking to doctors, patients families, hospital and other referring agents
- Passionate about general office administration and reception duties.
**DUTIES**
- Front desk administration (answering phones, making appointments, processing claims and payments)
- Liaise with patients and their families, GPs, other health professionals and their staff in a compassionate manner
- Scanning and updating all patient related correspondence
- All general reception, administrative and medical support duties as required
- Provide ongoing support to GP, Practice Nurse and Practice Manager as required

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
