The team are expanding and are looking to bring on somebody who shares the same core values and vision for the business. ⭐⭐⭐ They are seeking an experienced and versatile Site Supervisor who is also capable of supporting the Construction Manager in various day-to-day operations as a 2IC ⭐⭐⭐ If you have a proven track record of supervising construction sites and are eager to take on additional responsibilities, this could be the perfect role for you! If you are an experienced Site Supervisor who is a problem solver, has a good attitude and wants to get out of the project home space this is the role for you. You will still have 1 -2 jobs of your own on top of assisting the Construction Manager when needed. This will also included scheduling/managing maintenance. What you need: QBCC Site Supervisor License/Builders License 5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor (experience working in a custom environment is highly desirable) Strong communicator and good with tech - personable! Willingness to learn and try new things You will receive a market high base salarysuper along with a fully maintained company vehicle, laptop and phone.
