Matchworks is looking for a supportive and outgoing Employment Coach to consult with people with disability and help them find meaningful work, build skills, and thrive in their workplaces. We support all of your employment and recruitment needs as a leading provider of job seeker and disability employment services. What you'll do
* Get to know participants' strengths and goals, then match them with the right job opportunities.
* Create personalised career plans and coach participants to build skills and confidence.
* Link participants with training, health, and community supports for long‑term success.
* Build strong local networks to open more doors for jobseekers.
What you'll bring
* Excellent communication skills to build trust and lasting relationships.
* Organised multitasking skills to manage plans, records, and deadlines.
* Team‑player attitude working well with employers, colleagues, and community partners.
* Relevant experience in customer service, recruitment or employment consultancy.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case‑management systems.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate (we'll guide you through the process).
