Leadership Role Overview
As a Leadership Role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our early childhood education service.
Key areas include ensuring full compliance with national regulations, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment, and acting as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies.
You will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and supporting educators to uphold service quality and compliance.
Additionally, you will conduct regular home visits, risk assessments, and monitoring to ensure safe and educationally rich environments.
Maintaining accurate documentation, records, and reporting systems is crucial in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven leadership experience in an early childhood education setting
* Strong knowledge of national regulations and compliance requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks efficiently
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher qualification is highly desirable. Additionally, a current Working With Children Check and Police Check are mandatory requirements.
