Part-Time Visitor Experience Host
We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team as Visitor Experience Assistants. As a key member of our site operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our visitors have a memorable and engaging experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering outstanding customer service and resolving any visitor queries in a professional and courteous manner
* Providing information and assistance to visitors on our conservation efforts and wildlife programs
* Assisting with the sale of admissions and handling cash transactions
* Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our sites
* Working collaboratively with other staff members to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
* Physical fitness to perform tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting objects, and traversing uneven terrain
* The ability to sell admissions and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
* Relevant permits such as the Working with Children Check
