Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and draftees, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
Oversee the delivery of electrical engineering projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client expectations.
Review and approve electrical designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal quality processes.
Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines, working closely with project managers and stakeholders.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align technical solutions with project goals and operational needs.
Support the Engineering Manager as second-in-command, contributing to team strategy, capability development, and continuous improvement.
Contribute to proposals and bids, providing technical input and helping secure new project opportunities.
Conduct occasional site visits to support commissioning, client engagement, or project reviews.
