Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and draftees, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
* Oversee the delivery of electrical engineering projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client expectations.
* Review and approve electrical designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal quality processes.
* Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines, working closely with project managers and stakeholders.
* Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align technical solutions with project goals and operational needs.
* Support the Engineering Manager as second-in-command, contributing to team strategy, capability development, and continuous improvement.
* Contribute to proposals and bids, providing technical input and helping secure new project opportunities.
* Conduct occasional site visits to support commissioning, client engagement, or project reviews.

Candidate Profile
* Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering with extensive HV experience (33-66kV)
* Proven leadership in engineering teams and complex project delivery
* Strong technical background in both primary and secondary systems design
* Excellent communication, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills
