Key Responsibilities
* Estimate, schedule, and supervise trades and repairs.
* Provide comparative quotes and estimates to insurance partners.
* Review and compile specialist & trade reports for submission to insurers.
* Build trade and supplier relationships.
* Ensure quality and cost management.
* Meet client KPIs.
Customer Service
* Deliver exceptional service with excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Build strong relationships and effectively resolve challenges.
Qualifications
* Insurance building industry experience highly regarded.
* Experience in estimating, scheduling, and supervising trades and repairs (insurance-related preferred).
* Knowledge of National Construction Code, Building Regulations, and WHS.
* Team player with excellent communication skills.
* Competence with repair management systems, Microsoft Office, quick learner.
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Proactive, team-oriented, commitment to safety.
