In this role, you will leverage your proven technical automotive experience, diagnostic skills, and mechanical expertise to deliver exceptional service and repairs. You’ll be competent in handling a variety of tasks, including complex mechanical repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance across a wide range of makes and models.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, demonstrate strong time management, and possess solid skills in paperwork and reporting. A key part of your role will involve mentoring and supporting junior mechanics and apprentices, sharing your knowledge, and fostering a team-oriented environment that promotes learning and growth. Your leadership will help develop the skills of the next generation of automotive technicians.
