Looking to kick-start or further your career in real estate? An exciting opportunity is now available to join one of Wollongong's leading real estate agencies as a Property Management Assistant / Leasing Consultant.

We're seeking a customer-focused, motivated individual who is either experienced in real estate or eager to enter the industry with strong transferable skills. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in being part of a supportive and professional team.


About the Role


Working closely with our Property Management team, you will provide day-to-day administrative and customer service support while developing valuable hands-on experience in all aspects of property management.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Providing daily support to the Property Management team
* Front-of-house reception duties and call handling
* Managing rental enquiries via phone and email
* Coordinating repairs and maintenance requests
* Filing, scanning and general office administration
* Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
* Hosting open homes and inspections
* Screening tenancy applications
* Assisting with property preparation and photo shoots for online advertising
* Supporting the Sales team when required

About You


To be successful in this role, you will have:

* A current Australian Driver's Licence
* Certificate of Registration
* A positive, professional and friendly attitude
* Previous customer service experience
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel & Outlook)
* High-level numeracy and literacy skills
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* Strong time management and organisational abilities
* Attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving approach
* The ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* A commitment to policies, procedures and best practice
