About the role
8Squad
is excited to open a new Technical Architect opportunity, supporting an organisation that uses Salesforce to manage applications, assessments, and interactions with external stakeholders, including services and providers.
Position Requirements:
* Lead technical discovery and design for Salesforce based integrations in regulated environments defining future-state integration patterns, constraints and assumptions.
* Translate business, compliance and integration requirements into build-ready technical artefacts including integration focused user stories to support downstream delivery.
* Provide architectural guidance and validation to ensure requirements, user stories and technical designs are suitable for subsequent delivery phases.
Required Experience:
* Demonstrated experience leading technical discovery and design engagements including synthesising incomplete or high-level business inputs into clear, actionable technical outcomes.
* Strong Salesforce architecture and integration expertise including Apex-based integrations, scheduled and batch processing, error handling patterns and design within Salesforce platform constraints.
* Experience assessing data migration approaches in compliance-sensitive environments, including data profiling, high-level data mapping and migration strategy definition.
